The 3mm Faceted Bead, Sparkle in Miniature
Round 3mm beads cut with facets, about a hundred per 38 cm strand: the faceted bead catches the light like a tiny crystal while remaining a natural stone. It's the material behind fine "sparkle" bracelets, delicate necklaces, earrings and multi-row bracelets that dominate current trends. Arabesk offers about fifty references.
Choosing Your Strands
At 3mm, the consistency of the cut and the drilling (0.5 to 0.6 mm, clean) make all the difference; our strands are checked to avoid clogged beads. The most used stones: amethyst, rose quartz, labradorite, moonstone, aquamarine, garnet, hematite, onyx, citrine, in AA or AAA quality for transparency.
What Works in the Workshop
